By and large, it was relaxing base for sightseeing in Richmond, had much fun and met competent and excellent staff with the efforts of staff. The breakfast was well priced and the beer bar was a plus.

Everything was spotless, met expectations, and the staff were GREAT people with the efforts of staff. We had Wheelchair Accessible room with a great view, good television and a pull out couch, which was important.

The city view from our room was fine, and the convenience of having a Starbucks in the lobby made our mornings much easier. Although the front desk service was hit or miss-one staff member was helpful, while another was quite rude-the proximity to the convention center was a major plus. The bedding was comfortable.

The city view was lovely, but the valet service was quite slow.

I encountered numerous issues . The check-in process was chaotic, with staff being unhelpful and rude. I specifically requested a room with two beds, and upon arrival, I was given a king room instead. The front desk staff showed little concern for resolving my issues.

I really enjoyed my stay thanks to the hotel's proximity to the Greater Richmond Convention Center, just a few steps away, and the beautiful T. Tyler Potterfield Memorial Bridge, perfect for a lovely walk along the river. It made exploring the city so effortless and enjoyable. As a solo traveler, the clean room with nice bedding.

The hotel was upscale, super nice inside and out. Our king room with city view was clean and comfy. We loved how close it was to the national theater and the really good valet service was a huge plus. Having starbucks and a restaurant in the lobby made it even better.

I had a memorable stay with a comfortable room and an amazing shuttle service. Also, the breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant was unexpectedly delightful. I’d come back for sure!

I gotta say, the bed was really comfortable and the shower had this amazing pressure. Plus, the TV was nice for winding down after a long day-makes all the difference.

The bed was super comfy, a lifesaver after a long drive 🌙 The only downside was the slow valet service. A decent stay!

The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for my large family and grandkids who loved the view from our city-facing window.

My kids wished for a better soundproofing between rooms.

Great location with a few service hiccups

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the convention center. The room was clean and well-decorated, but the valet service took quite a while to retrieve my car, frustrating. I enjoyed my stay but felt the valet efficiency could use improvement.
